Yamaha Motoroid 2

Motoroid concept that was first shown in 2017. The Motoroid 2 has some unique

swingarm that allows the rear wheel and battery box to tilt independently
of the front wheel, creating a dynamic balance system.
- A hub motor
that drives the rear wheel, eliminating the need for a chain or belt.
- A rigid
handgrip system that replaces the conventional handlebars, making the
steering mechanism unclear.
- A
self-balancing and riderless capability that uses facial recognition and
gesture control to follow a person around.
- A translucent
bodywork that flips up for some unknown reason, revealing a blue mood
lighting.
The Motoroid 2 is designed to explore the future of
human-machine interfaces and the relationship between riders and their bikes.
It is not clear if Yamaha plans to produce a bike like this, but it is
certainly an interesting and bizarre concept. The Motoroid 2 will be on display
at the Events Japan Mobility Show 2023 next month.

it futuristic and futuristic, such as:
- A three-wheeled
design that can switch between two modes: Sport Mode and Comfort Mode.
- In Sport Mode,
the bike has a low and narrow profile, with two front wheels close
together and a single rear wheel. The rider leans forward and grips two
joysticks instead of handlebars.
- In Comfort
Mode, the bike has a high and wide profile, with two front wheels far
